Philip Jones

Philip has more than 30 years experience as a Solicitor predominantly in Manchester and South Wales. He was an advocate in Civil and Criminal courts for many years and has been a member of the Law Society specialist panels for Personal Injury, Child Care and Mental Health. He has been the South Wales Regional Panel Solicitor for personal injury cases for the RAC, Driver's Legal Protection and DAS.

Philip is the Managing Partner of DJ Solicitors utilising his particular expertise in the provision of quality assured management systems.

Kevin Murtagh

Kevin trained as a Barrister and qualified at the Bar in 1999, following which he joined a major Liverpool law firm as a part of the Litigation and Court team dealing with all aspects of law.

After moving from Liverpool Kevin joined a local firm of solicitors in Altrincham and then along with Phil Jones established DJ Solicitors LLP.

Kevin has particular knowledge in the field of residential and commercial conveyancing and remortgaging, civil litigation, personal injury, contractual disputes, mediation and advocacy.

John Sherratt

John has practiced as a solicitor for 30 years and has wide experience of all legal practice in such areas as commercial and domestic conveyancing, wills and probate, housing and general litigation, personal injury and family matters.
